You'll be automatically accepting my Terms of Service once you agree to purchase my services.

I only accept payment via PayPal in USD. One Slot means One Commission.

If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.

NO CANCELLATION. Refunds will be permitted if the commission cannot be completed due to certain circumstances.

You are NOT permitted, by any circumstance, to use the commissioned work in any NFT/crypto/blockchain-related services and technology.

You are NOT permitted, by any circumstance, to use the commissioned work in any AI (Artificial Intelligence) services and technology.

You are NOT permitted to use the commissioned work for commercial use without any prior contracts or agreements, please email me first so we can discuss these details.

I have the right to showcase the commissioned work in portfolios or other sites unless stated otherwise by the commissioner.

Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

I usually take up to 3-5 days to respond to your initial order inquiry.

Please provide a reference (characters/people, outfit, etc.).

Commissions will take 1 WEEK to 4 WEEKS to complete after Sketch is finalized with client, depending on the complexity of the commission.

You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.

All Commission Updates will have a watermark and the customer is not allowed to ask for the watermark-free version. The Final Delivery uploaded on VGen will be watermark-free.

Credit is required when you post or use it on another platform.

I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.

I will not start the commission until I’ve received FULL PAYMENT. No exceptions unless otherwise discussed.

After payment is sent, I will start Sketching. The Sketch will then be sent to you.

I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.

Once I start the sketch there will be NO REFUNDS.

If I cancel a project, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund 100%.

You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting.

I will send a Sketch once the payment is completed.

Updates will include a SKETCH update and COLOR update. After each update, I will expect a response from the customer for any adjustment requests. If there are no requests, the commissioner must still reply to let me know I can continue with the piece.

Sketch may be revised the first two times for free. There will be a fee of $5 on the third revision of the Sketch. The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.

Revisions to the character's design and pose will ONLY be made at the Sketch update. Color corrections will be made at the Color update.

I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.

Commissions will be completed as soon as possible, taking 4 WEEKS at maximum.

Finished pieces will be delivered via VGen unless otherwise requested by commissioner.

Progress will be shared in the following stages: 1) Sketch, 2) Flat colors.

If you do not want to be contacted via email or VGen, be sure to leave a communication option in the request form.

Commissioners may repost/use my art with the correct credit.

Please credit me for the artwork when possible, such as: in your bio on a website, included in your post with the artwork, etc.

I have the right to showcase the commissioned work in portfolios or other sites unless stated otherwise by the commissioner.

My artwork is not for commercial use unless paid for specifically. Anything regarding that must be discussed. Do not use my work with the intention of selling it without commercial rights. For example: on shirts, stickers, etc.
